'Viva Senior' visual brand design (Director's Edition)

For the senior generation, SK Broadband expanded the service offering area, such as expanding the service from the existing B tv centered on VOD content to a lifestyle platform for senior customers and branding it as a “VIVA (Senior Senior)”. Viva Senior is the first service launched in the IPTV industry last year to provide content for senior customers over the age of 55. We provide a variety of content in each field, such as culture, hobbies, travel, health, life plus, which senior customers are showing high interest in as VODs through dedicated halls. In addition, the menu UI has been improved to suit senior tastes so that senior customers can use the B tv conveniently, while the VOD corner of their favorite terrestrial and silver channels has been newly established. Along with this, we will continue to provide special contents programs such as retirement and health, which are highly interested in senior customers, and special contents such as memories and pop songs.

시니어 서비스를 통해 다양하고 복잡한 디지털 서비스 생태계에서 소외되고 있는 시니어 고객의 삶의 질 향상 및 사회적 문제 해결을 위해 노력한다. 이를 위해 정부 산하기관이 운영하는 인증과정과 협력하거나 단체 대상 스마트폰 사용, 보이스피싱 방지 등 스마트기기 활용법과 패스트푸드 주문, 민원서류 발급을 위한 무인화기기 사용법 교육 등을 무상으로 제공하고 있다. 서비스는 산업통상자원부와 중소벤처기업부 등이 공동으로 후원하는 ‘2019 국가서비스대상’ 대상에 선정되는 등 외부기관을 통해서도 서비스 경쟁력을 인정받고 있다.
